Transforming customer experience through leadership development

Performance Impact continues to push boundaries in the hospitality sector, our ongoing work with Luxury Family Hotels involves a customised leadership programme designed to improve the experience and loyalty of their customers and guests.

The programme, which began in February, will achieve this by developing leadership and management skills within each of the properties within the Luxury Family Hotels portfolio.

The executive education programme has been developed in partnership with Performance Impact, and focuses on transformational change within businesses.

The format for the first year of delivery will comprise of four modules, titled ‘The Business’, ‘The Journey’, ‘The People’ and ‘The Leaders’.
